How about Ahhhhhh. Men! Yes, of troy, I do. The address doesn't show on my computer unless I position my cursor over the edit or reply button and as soon as I move the cursor, it disappears and I can't cut and paste so I usually cut and paste a previously posted link and change the necessary info. What more should I do? Edit: Yes, Dr. Bill, that's what I am really doing, copying, not cutting. Have you been studying nitpicking with Faldage, hmmmm?

Dear consuelo: I thought "cut" and "paste" was just for editing a document.
For URLs, I use "edit,copy,,,,edit,paste" I do not pretend to be authority.

thats interesting! what browser are you using?
most browsers will have an address window that you can click on, (highlight) and copy/paste.
to get to the exact post, you need all the info, thread number, (page # reply #, etc..) all that stuff that makes the screen go wide!
check your settings, and see if what is selected or not.
Setting (or Preferences) will usually can be found in a menu drop down.
have you tried clicking on edit to see if the full address pops into the address window?

on the contrary, you just need exactly what you have except change "showflat" to "showthreaded" (assuming that is indeed the number of the post that you want).
