In America we like it large
We call it a car
You call it a barge
Feeling hungry?
I'll take a cow
You have the greens
are you satisfied now?
You want entertainment?
We'll show you how
But when it comes
to containment
we git a bit skittish
We like enemies large
not little ity bitish.
We'll try to be strong
we're just a mite scared
best way I know
is with a good song:

: to the (toe tappin tempo and) tune of the Uncommon Cold

I paid a toll, I got some change, I went to town and bought some stuff and then I took the train I ate a burger, a soda, and crap I shouldnt oughta ,cuz now I got the anthrax and I'm wondrin where its from...

[CHORUS]
Anthrax is easy if you're startin to sneeze your gonna wonder if you'll ever grow old.
Anthrax is easy cuz its cured with Cipro and not contagious like the uncommon cold.

I went to work, and like a jerk, I used the water fountain and got somthin on my shirt and in a letter, I opened, I really should know better, but Ed McMann just said I'd won and now I'm wondrin where its from .. .(chorus)

I came right home ,I used the phone, I called my doc in quarantine and asked him for some pills and in the bathroom, later, I used some toilet paper now I've got a sore not there before I'm wondrin where its from.( chorus)

I watched the news, took off my shoes, I took a shower for an hour then I went to bed but in my dreams, I screamed , then woke up Irene , I told her to beware the air I don't know where its been (chorus)

In the morning, I got changed, I went to town and bought some stuff and then I took the train I ate a pizza, eclair, and some stuff that had grown hair, but now I got the anthrax and I'm wondrin where its from...

Anthrax is easy if you're startin to sneeze your gonna wonder if you'll ever grow old. Anthrax is easy cuz its cured with Cipro and Its everywhere ,,[-take it james- piano riff-],,I'm telling ya they got anthrax...[-more piano-]... every wheeeeere.

Nope its me Don Hakman. I'm a fan of Mark here in town but I am more of a Demento or a weird Al. By the way the music that goes to this is really great - I "lifted" it from an old Martin Mull song 'Jesus Is Easy'

Here is one you can hear in your head.
Hey Ossama here is your swan song; to the tune 'Fernando' by ABBA
new lyric Don Hakman
.
.
.
.
Can you hear the bombs, ossamo?
You remember long ago
Another starry night like this
In the cavelight, ossamo
You were humming to yourself
And softly strumming your Qatar
You could hear the distant bombs
And sounds of musslim calls were coming from afar

They were closer now, ossamo
Every hour, every minute seemed to last eternally
You were so afraid, ossamo
We were young and full of life
And all of us prepared to die
And I'm not ashamed to say
The roar of guns and bombers almost made me cry

There was something in the air that night
The stars and stripes, ossamo
They were flying here for you and me
For liberty, osaamo
Though you never thought that you could lose
There's no regret
If we had to do the same again
We would, my friends, don't you know
If we had to do the same again
We would, my friends, don't you know

Now you're cold and dead, ossamo
Since many years I haven't seen a rifle in your hands
Can you hear the bombs, ossamo?
Do you still recall the fateful night
We crossed Afghanistan?
I can see it in your eyes
How proud you were to fight for tyranny in this land

There was something in the air that night
The stars and stripes, ossamo
They were flying there for you and me
For liberty, ossamo
Though you never thought that you could lose
There's no regret
If I had to the same again
I would, my fiend, ossamo

There was something in the air that night
The stars and stripes, ossamo
They were flying there for you and me
For liberty, ossamo
Though you never thought that you could lose
And now you're DEAD
If we had to do the same again
We would, my friends, don't you know
Yes, if we had to do the same again
We would, my friends , don't you know

If We had to do the same again
We would, my friends, don't you know

i guess the hazmat squad, complete with heavy duty air filters didn't come visit your floor yesterday.

its a bit harder to find it funny when someone you work with gets a questionable piece of mail.
(yeah, i know its not that contagous, but Cipro can cause joint damage, and since i've had arthrits for 15 year already, its an health issue)

We personally know 2 people who are exposed. They need to laugh as much if not more than everyone.

If you can't laugh, its harder to heal.
You must be too young to remember funny songs of WWII,Viet Nam etc.
