My dictionary gives a fish net as definition of trammel, but has no definition
of "untrammeled", which is common in sites on Internet.
"I
stand and rejoice every time I see a woman ride by on a
wheel ... the picture of free, untrammeled womanhood."

And the Internet has "trammel" only as a family name.
