really? page 3? i use the touch of grey template, and the first few entries of 'below the fold' are now above (words from medicine is as easy to see as I & A)

and i don't have a huge monitor.

it's an amazing thing.. we each have computers/monitors and IT savy, and we all approach reading,(flat or thread) and viewing (different templateds, using different tools) differently.

i am "hidden' on line, and i elected not to see signatures, but i included a signature in my set up, (i want others to see my signature, but i don't want to see theirs... well i never said i wasn't a bit self centered!)

as a former unix x-windows user, I always have multiple windows open, visible, restored-down. and as a result, The Fold is now midway on Words and languages in schools -- and I do have to Page Down twice to get here!

and, oftroy, it's because of ne'er-do-wells like you and Curuinor that I've just recently disabled signatures!

edit: full screen, with GooG, the fold is the fold.

I was just figgerin since once you get into a forum above the fold and you kick out of it into the uberforum you don't see the below the fold forum no matter how many pixels you have crammed into your display. It just seems so easy to forget about this section entirely.

I have to scroll down to see this category.

I rarely open it up though but I don't feel like working anymore so I'm wasting time until 4:00, then I'm off.

EDIT: Ooops, forgot to add...

I turned off the "view signatures" option since the signatures are pretty much always the same and it gets a little, um, well not exactly annoying, just like "eye-rolly" after a while.

It's like if I started every one of my posts with, "Hi, I'm belMarduk, what I think is...."

BUT, but, tsuwm, I liked your signatures cause they were always very à propos.
