I need a word (a rather business like one) that covers duties like community outreach, community relations, and public relations. Any ideas?

Agenda caritatis - things to be done out of love for all people

Anything particular about the clientele that we might incorporate into the title?

... and is it a title or a description of duties?

If it covers duties beyond the office but is not restricted to such duties, then it falls under the description of "whole person relationships".
