The word of the day is acnestis, which is that part of your body you're unable to scratch... is there a word for the part of your body (back) you can't reach to put on sunblock? I like to play watersports and I always have to ask people to put sunblock on the middle part of my back that I can't reach, but it would be great if I could say, "Could you please put sunblock on my ____" instead. Thanks everyone!

I think you can safely use the same word, acnestis; although almost no one will know what you mean!

Embonpoint (ha!). Welcome. As long as you keep the agility to make one hand , over your shoulder, meet the fingers of our other hand behind your back, there will be no part of your spine you can't reach. Just try. smile Gymnastics is the solution for acnestis and sunblock problems.

Besides, "Could you please put sunblock on my ____" might get you slapped.

I'm often surprised and disappointed to encounter a concept for which there;'s no word, eg

Though if you're very patient you could try

Would it not be boring if there were a word for every possible concept?

well, then we could invent a word and develop a concept to fit.
